All concerts take place at 2:00 on Sunday afternoons in the Grand Ballroom of the Athletic Club of Columbus, downtown at 136 E. Broad Street or at The Bar of Modern Art, at 583 E. Broad Street. Join your friends at 12:30 when doors open for a delicious pre-concert Sunday lunch.  The Chamber Music Series is made possible in part by a generous donation from the Kenneth L. PROJECT Trio is a passionate, high energy chamber music ensemble comprised of three virtuosic composer/performers from Brooklyn, NY.  Blending their classical training with an eclectic taste in musical styles, PROJECT Trio has made an impact on audiences of all ages.  Bursting onto the scene with their landmark YouTube videos featuring beat box flutist Greg Pattillo, one of which has been viewed over 21,000,000 times, PROJECT Trio is a musical experience defining a new level of entertainment.

Genuine world-class artist, Arkadiy Gips, brings the audiences to cheers as well as tears when he plays violin. “If ‘music is a king,’ then Arkadiy Gips certainly wears a crown” was the media’s response to the first performances of Columbus Ohio’s new immigrant from Kiev, Ukraine. Coming off a stint on Madonna’s 2008 Sticky & Sweet Tour, this concert will feature Gips and friends serving up a healthy dose of traditional chamber music with a side of Russian and Jewish folk classics.  Arkadiy will be joined by Mikhail Popov on piano and soprano Lucy Smirnov.
